year of high quality service and support for an economical price. Included
in each TSA is coverage on the basic systems design, operation and
maintenance. Plus, TSAs cover troubleshooting, phone support, training,
round-the-clock support, database backup, system tuning for energy
conservation, discount of material purchases, reduced hourly service rates
and guaranteed seating in Delta Controls training classes held in our
Corporate Training Center. Additionally, SSC can offer extended
warranty coverage on system components as an add-on to each customer’s
comprehensive Technical Service Agreement.
To accommodate diverse customer needs, each TSA is customized to fit each
customer’s unique situation. With services such as web-accessible
control, monitoring, and metering, SSC provides customers with the ability
to manage and control their systems from multiple locations. Furthermore,
SSC offers 24-hour Remote Monitoring, thus ensuring customers greater peace
of mind.
