| Responsibilities include
customer development; cost estimating of pneumatic, electric
and electronic temperature control systems for commercial,
industrial and institutional HVAC systems; design/build
budgeting; energy conservation analysis; and negotiating
contracts with mechanical contractors and end-users. Trains
customers, contractors, end-users, engineering and facility
managers on controls, DDC and HVAC. Qualifications include
working knowledge of DDC, electric and pneumatic control
systems; analytical and organizational skills. Extensive
product training provided by employer. Salary commensurate
with experience. |

We are in search of engineers to design
control systems for HVAC applications. Position requires at
least 3 years of experience to include AutoCAD; working
knowledge of DDC, electric and pneumatic control systems for
commercial, industrial and institutional buildings;
analytical and organizational skills. Extensive product
training provided by employer. Salary commensurate with
experience. |

Project Technicians |
| We are looking for a
goal-oriented individual with organizational skills,
in-depth HVAC systems/DDC controls/computer knowledge,
dedication to customer service, letter writing/
documentation expertise, and experience with
project-scheduling software. This position oversees and
mentors all project personnel: field technicians. and
installers; establishes, implements and follows company
processes and procedures; and drives project milestones and
deadlines. |

Responsibilities include developing,
assisting and maintaining the design of temperature control
systems and related products for award-winning HVAC systems
for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities;
project planning and scheduling; project start-up; checkout,
turnover, training and postmortems; and developing,
generating and maintaining project documentation. Extensive
